Recipe: Meatballs with Gravy Printer Friendly

Ingredient Qty. Unit
ground beef or turkey 2 Pounds
corn flakes, crushed 1 Cups
parsley, fresh, chopped 1/2 Cups
eggs 2 Each
soy sauce 2 Tablespoons
pepper 1/2 Teaspoons
garlic powder 1 Teaspoons
ketchup 33333/100000 Cups
onion, chopped 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix and form meatballs.
  2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3) GRAVY: 1 16-oz. jellied cranberry; 2 T. lemon juice; 1 12-oz. bottle chili sauce
  4) Combine gravy ingredients in saucepan and heat. Stir until smooth with a whisk Pour hot sauce over the meatballs. In there is time, allow the meatballs to marinate in the gravy for 2 hours, refrigerated.
  5) Bake for 30 to 40 min.
