Ingredient Qty. Unit
eggs 3 Each
sugar 2 Cups
milk 3/4 Cups
oil 3/4 Cups
raw grated zucchini 2 Cups
salt 1 Teaspoons
flour 2 1/2 Cups
baking soda 1 Teaspoons
baking power 1/4 Teaspoons
vanilla 1 Teaspoons
cocoa 1/2 Cups
nuts 1 Cups
Directions
  1) Combine all ingredients with mixer until well blended.
  2) Pour in greased, floured dipper pan.
  3) Bake 1 hr. at 325 degrees???
  4) ICING: 1 cube butter, 6 TBS. canned milk, 4 TBS. cocoa. Bring ingredients to boil. Add 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 TBS, vanilla. Spread on warm cake. Sprinkle with crushed nuts.
