1) 1 lb hamburger
2) 1/4 cup minced onion
3) 3 cups tomato juice
4) 1 cup water
5) 2 cans cream of celery soup
6) 2 cups shredded carrots
7) 1/4 teas pepper
8) 1 teas brown sugar
9) Brown hamburger and onion. set aside. combine tomato juice, water and celery soup till creamy. Add meat and remaining ingredients. simmer for 20-40 min.
