water 1/4 Cups
oil 1/4 Cups
salt 1 Teaspoons
cashews 2 Cups
lemon 1 Each
red pepper 1 Each
Directions
  1) 1/4 C water (if you soak the cashews 8 hours- don't add)
  2) 1/4 C Oil
  3) 1/2-1t salt
  4) 1-2 C Cashews
  5) 1 lemon
  6) 1 red pepper
  7) Mix and let sit
