Recipe: Reed's Pie Crust Printer Friendly

Ingredient Qty. Unit
flour 5 Cups
sugar 1 Tablespoons
salt 3 Teaspoons
lard 1 Pounds
butter 1/2 Cups
egg 1 Each
vinegar 1 Tablespoons
ice water 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) Mix together flour, sugar, salt.
  2) Add lard and butter and mix until crumbly.
  3) Mix together egg, vinegar, ice water. Then add to flour mixture.
  4) Divide into 6-8 small balls of dough and place on wax paper.
  5) Mold into pie shell.
  6) Bake 15 min at 425 degrees.
  7) See Reed's Apple pie filling.
