Ingredient Qty. Unit
raisens 1 Cups
butter 1 Tablespoons
egg yolks 2 Each
flour 1 Tablespoons
sugar 1/2 Cups
cream 1 Cups
pinch of salt 1 Each
baked pie shell 1 Each
Directions
  1) Mix together cream, eggs, flour, and pinch of salt. Beat well.
  2) Cook raisens down in water till water is almost gone. Use enough water to cover raisens.
  3) Add sugar, then egg yolk, then rest of mixture. Cook until thick.
  4) Pour in baked pie shell.
  5) Use egg whites for meringue
