tomatillos 30 Each
garlic cloves 3 Each
chopped onion 1/2 Each
chicken broth 1 Cups
chopped cilantro, basil, or parsley 1 Each
sugar 1 Teaspoons
vinegar 1 Tablespoons
cumin 1/2 Teaspoons
small can chilis-optional 1 Each
juice from lime 1 Each
peppers 1 Each
Directions
  1) Saute tomatillos, garlic,onions, can chilis (optional) and peppers.
  2) Add chicken broth and simmer for 20 min
  3) Add chopped cilantro, basil, or parsley
  4) Add sugar, vinegar, cumin, and lime.
  5) Blend quickly in blender (vitamix) like 10 seconds.
