can white corn 1 Each
cans black eyed peas 3 Each
chopped cilantro 1/4 Cups
diced green onions 3 Each
cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes 6 Each
avacodos-optional 1 Each
italian dressing 1 Each
Directions
  1) Combine all ingredients. I cut cherry tomatoes in half. Put enough italian dressing to just cover everything. Let set 1 hour so cilantro can flavor.
  2) Serve as a side dish or as a salsa with chips.
