Ingredient Qty. Unit
butter 1/2 Cups
vanilla 1/2 Teaspoons
honey 1/2 Cups
Directions
  1) 1/2 cup butter, softened
  2) ½ teaspoon vanilla
  3) ½ cup honey
  4) Whip softened butter until light and fluffy (this is the trick). Add vanilla and honey gradually. Beat for 20 minutes (I just beat til light and fluffy) . Makes 1 cup.
