Ingredient Qty. Unit
whole wheat flour 6 Cups
oil 33333/100000 Cups
honey or sugar 33333/100000 Cups
Instant Yeast 1 Tablespoons
hot water 2 1/2 Cups
salt 1 Tablespoons
more whole wheat flour 2 Cups
Directions
  1) In a medium bowl measure 6-7 cups of flour. Set aside.
  2) Blend on speed 2 for 2 minutes.
  3) Add oil, honey (or sugar), yeast, hot water.
  4) Add and mix well on speed 1 or 2 salt,flour(2 cups to start).
  5) While mixing, slowly add the rest of the flour a ΒΌ cup at a time. Mix for around 6-8 minutes.
  6) Knead for 10 minutes, form into loaves.
  7) Place in sprayed bread pans and let rise until double in size.
  8) Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
