1) In a lrage bowl mix together first 7 ingredients (up to,but not including butter) with a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on low for 30 seconds, increase speed to high and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured (or use this recipe for non stick greatness) and bake for 40-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out with just a few crumbs. Let sit 5 mintues and then turn out onto a cooling rack, glaze with cream cheese glaze and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
2) Beat together remaining ingredients for cream cheese glaze until smooth. Spoon or carefully pour over cooled bundt cake.
