Ingredient Qty. Unit
wheat flour 5 Cups
gluten flour 1/3 Cups
yeast 1 1/4 Tablespoons
steaming hot water 2 1/2 Cups
oil 1/3 Cups
honey 1/3 Cups
lemon juice 1 1/4 Tablespoons
salt 1 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Combine: 3 cups wheat flour, gluten flour, yeast, steaming hot water
  2) MIX- Let set 10 min covered
  3) Add: oil, honey, lemon juice, salt
  4) MIX-Let sit 1 min
  5) Add: 2 cups wheat flour (1 cup at a time) kneading
  6) Cut in half put one in each oiled bread pan
  7) Heat oven 350' for 1 min then turn off oven
  8) Place bread in oven for 15-20 min or until bread is raised to the top of the bread pan.
  9) Turn on oven to 350' again and bake for 30 min.
Yield Cook Time
2 loaves 30 minutes
