1) Cook 3 cups chicken chopped OR 3 cans Costco kirtland canned chicken. Place in the bottom of a 9x 13 pan
2) Mix cream of chicken and sour cream in a bowl. Then layer over chicken.
3) Crumble up one round of Ritz crackers and layer on top.
4) Pour butter over Ritz crackers
5) Bake 350 degrees for 20 min. Serve over rice.
