1) Place water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Do a quick mix( 1-2 second pulse) and then let sit for 10 min.
2) Add butter, salt, and 1 egg. Quick mix to break up egg.
3) Add 2 1/2-3 1/3 cups flour till right consistency. Then knead for 5 minutes.
4) Let rise till double. About 2 hours.
5) Make glaze of 1 egg+ 1 Tbls Milk. Put glaze on buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6) Let rise 1 hour
7) Bake 350 degrees for 15-17 min.
