1) Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Whip butter, add sugar and whip, add eggs one at a time, (the whole egg, not a teaspoon), add vanilla and continue beating. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients until just combined. Put batter in prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown.. It will appear to not be enough batter. Cool for a half an hour and then poke holes in the cake with chop sticks. Pour glaze over the cake:
1 can evaporated milk
1can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup half and half
Refrigerate over night
Top with 2 cups whipped heavy whipping cream with sugar and vanilla added.
