Ingredient Qty. Unit
steak, trimmed and chunked 2 Pounds
garlic buds, mashed and minced 2 Each
brown sugar 1 Tablespoons
oregano 1 Tablespoons
red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoons
tomato sauce 16 Ounces
15 ounce cans pinto beans 5 Each
10 ounce cans of beef bouillon 2 Each
chili powder 1/4 Teaspoons
salt to taste 1 Each
small handful chopped parsley 1 Each
chopped green pepper 1/2 Each
Directions
  1) Brown first two ingredients in heavy skillet using a small amount of butter and salt and pepper to taste; drain. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serves 8.
  2) - Each serving contains 350 calories, 16 g fat, 22 g carb, 1,080 mg sodium, 75 mg cholesterol
