1) Crust- Combine butter, flour, and nuts into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake in 350 preheated oven of 15-20 minutes.
2) Filling-
Combine cool whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until combined. Spread over the cooled crust.
3) Topping-
Mix lemon pudding milk thoroughly and pour evenly on to[ of cream cheese mixture.
4) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
