Ingredient Qty. Unit
8 oz Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 Each
softened cream cheese 8 Ounces
sour cream 1/2 Cups
dill 1 Teaspoons
garlic powder 1/8 Teaspoons
small broccoli florets 20 Each
slices zucchini or cucumber 20 Each
cherry tomatoes, halved 10 Each
fresh parsley 1 Each
Directions
  1) Separate dough into long rectangles and place crosswise in ungreased 15X10" jelly roll pan.
  2) Seal seams and press over bottom and sides to form crust.
  3) Bake 14-19 minutes until golden-Cool
  4) Cream until smooth-next 4 ingredients.
  5) Spread over cooled crust- cover and chill 1-2 hrs.
  6) At serving time, cut into squares and top each with broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes. Garnish with parsley.
Yield Cook Time
60 appetizers 19 minutes
