milk, your choice 1 Cups
turmeric 1 Teaspoons
organic Ceylon cinnamon 1 Teaspoons
to 1/4 teas. fine black pepper 1/8 Teaspoons
ginger 1/2 Teaspoons
coconut oil 1 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Optional ingredients; cardamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cayenne, clove
  2) Blend milk and spices together in a medium-sized pot. Bring mixture to a simmer and steep for 5-7 minutes. Sweeten if desired (honey). Serve warm.
  3) Old anti-inflammatory recipe for arthritis, skin health, digestion, immune system, and even cancer.
