Recipe: 7 Layer Green Pea Salad Printer Friendly

Ingredient Qty. Unit
bed lettuce, torn in small pieces 1 Each
pkg frozen peas, (pettites are best 1 Each
green onions & celery, chopped fine 1 Each
Mixture of 8 oz. mayo + 8 oz. sour cream 1 Each
bacon, 1/2 size & cooked 1/2 Pounds
cheese, grated 1 Each
Directions
  1) Layer salad in the above order.
  2) Amounts can vary.
  3) I will add water chestnuts to salad.
  4) Substitutes for the mayo and sour cream include Greek yogurt, hummus, cottage cheese, tzatziki sauce.
