1) Using a 13" x 9" container, spray pan and cook potatoes 20 minutes.
2) Add to pan w/ potatoes the green vegetables, top with chicken tenders, salt & pepper.
3) Do not cover. Bake another 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
4) For sauce, boil and reduce the following: for 5 minutes vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, oil, and lemon.
