Ingredient Qty. Unit
sweet potatoes, cut in strips, + olive oil, salt & pepper 3 Each
broccoli or asparagus, cut up 1 Each
chicken tenders 12 Each
balsamic vinegar 1/3 Cups
white wine vinegar 2 Tablespoons
salt 1/2 Teaspoons
pepper 1/4 Teaspoons
olive oil 4 Tablespoons
lemon juice 1 Tablespoons
garlic cloves 2 Each
Directions
  1) Using a 13" x 9" container, spray pan and cook potatoes 20 minutes.
  2) Add to pan w/ potatoes the green vegetables, top with chicken tenders, salt & pepper.
  3) Do not cover. Bake another 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
  4) For sauce, boil and reduce the following: for 5 minutes vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, oil, and lemon.
