Recipe: Broccoli Salad Printer Friendly

heads broccoli chopped 2 Each
large carrot, grated 1 Each
apple, chopped 1 Each
onion, chopped 1/4 Cups
walnuts, chopped 1/2 Cups
dried cranberries 1/4 Cups
Directions
  1) Dressing: Mix together the following: 1 c. plain Greek yogurt, 2 T. lemon juice, 1 tsp. honey, salt & pepper to taste.
  2) Finely chop broccoli (remove stems), apple, onion, and walnuts and combine in a medium size bowl.
  3) Grate carrots into chopped mixture. Add cranberries.
  4) Mix in dressing and serve or let salad chill for 30 minutes.
