Ingredient Qty. Unit
chicken, ground 3 Pounds
bag spinach or kale, chopped 1 Each
chili powder, red pepper flakes, salt, thyme, oregano, basil to taste 1 Each
Directions
  1) Combine all ingredients and mix w/ hands.
  2) Line counter w/ plastic wrap and put blob of chicken mixture on top.
  3) Top with another more plastic wrap. Using rolling pin, roll to 1/2" thickness.
  4) Cut into round patties.
  5) These raw patties can be cooked and frozen, or frozen and cooked.
  6) To cook spray pan and place on medium heat. Flip and cook until lightly browned.
  7) Serve with Low carb Ezekial bread for quick breakfast.
