Ingredient Qty. Unit
blueberries, fresh or frozen 3 Cups
water 2 Tablespoons
powdered stevia 1 Tablespoons
vanilla liquid extract 2 Teaspoons
salt 1 Pinches
vanilla liquid stevia 1 Teaspoons
lemon juice, fresh 1 Tablespoons
chia seeds 1/4 Cups
Directions
  1) In a blender, place blueberries and water and pulse until mixture reaches desired consistency.
  2) Add stevia, vanilla, salt, vanilla stevia and lemon juice and pulse again.,
  3) Pour blueberry mixture in a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  4) Pour mixture into mason jars and refrigerate for an hour to gel.
