Recipe: Cinnamon Coconut Flour Pancakes SF Printer Friendly

eggs 4 Each
milk, 1% 1 Cups
vanilla extract 2 Teaspoons
coconut flour 1/2 Cups
cinnamon, ground 1 Teaspoons
nutmeg, ground 1/2 Teaspoons
vanilla liquid stevia 1 Teaspoons
salt 1/2 Teaspoons
baking soda 1 Teaspoons
powdered stevia 2 Teaspoons
coconut oil 2 Tablespoons
Directions
  1) Mix all ingredients except coconut oil together in a high powdered blender. Set aside.
  2) Heat coconut oil on a griddle pan and ladle 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until pancake edges look set and center bubbles. Flip over and cook a few minutes on each side.
