1) Line an 8 x 8" baking dish with parchment paper. Grease parchment of spray parchment with nonstick cooing spray.
2) Melt chocolate chips in glass bowl over simmering water in a saucepan.
3) Once chocolate chips are melted, all all ingredients except sea salt together and whisk until smooth.
4) Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with sea salt.
5) Refrigerate for 2 hours.
