1) Mix first three ingredients to make dough.
2) Spray pam in cookie sheet (including the sides). Cook dough 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees until the crust starts to brown.
3) Mix remaining ingredients to make filling. Leaving the pan on the oven rack, pull it out and pour the filling on top of the crust.
4) Cook 15-20 min at 350 degrees until it starts to brown.
5) Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
